  I don't think they were. I accused him of scanning a long time ago and he corrected me in an old Rom article and wrote a step by step guide. He was just an exceptionally talented gfxer.
  
  As for the demo, it still has an impact every time I watch it. So far ahead of its time!

• This had such an impact on me when I first saw it, especially the picture above. Lazur was in a league of his own.

• I was never sure what to make of this slideshow as it used lots of "untraditional" and "forbidden" techniques by scene standards.
  
  But in retrospect, Lowlife was ahead of his time and this is a superb piece of work!
