- demo Commodore 64 Sphaeristerium by Horizon & Triad [web] & Instinct
- One of two really good demos in the compo.

- demo Windows Iconoclast by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- Navis: I read about the Antikythera. Cool and interesting stuff! But is the model in the demo an exact copy of the machine? There seems to be more and bigger wheels in some of the pictures.
Have you seen the real device (in a museum) or the replica? - isokadded on the 2005-08-07 03:12:48
- 64k Windows fr-030: candytron by Farbrausch [web]
- Nice model and good feeling, but jerky animation. Conspiracy vs Farbrausch from BP'03 still dazzels me.

- 64k Windows Che Guevara by Fairlight [web]
- Groove feeling. Nice rollercoaster (effects don't have to be bad because the ideas are old). Cloud scenes a bit too long.
Some low hanging leaves (or roots) on the flying islands seem to be streched. A bug, Smash? - rulezadded on the 2005-08-05 14:32:23
- demo Windows Imaginations by Dope [web]
- Smash: Thanks for the feedback.
The tree is definitely generated. I'm convinced that a properly generated tree looks much more organic (=better) than a tree "designed" by a human. The tree in Imaginations is generated with DLA wich is pretty good looking and cool, I think.
I'm not sure about your comment about the tree: "... lighting on it doesnt give any hint of the rest of the scene's lighting". Is it refering to the shading of the wood or the leaves? The leaves are wrong in the compo version (too dark and too brownish). I posted a link to a better version above. In my oppinion the leaves should have been even brighter but group democracy wanted something else. - isokadded on the 2005-08-05 01:11:11

- Scene.org don't seem to be interested in updates. There were texture problems in the compo version linked at Pouët. The leaves are much, much too dark.
If you want to watch it,please download this version: Imaginations by Dope! - isokadded on the 2005-08-05 01:00:48
- demo Commodore 64 Boogie Factor by Fairlight [web]
- Really, really good. Had a big crowd pleasing effect during the compo but deserved the first price.

- 4k Windows automation by Digital Devotion
- Not one of the best in the compo but still nice. Like the watery cube field.

- demo Windows Iconoclast by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- Ruled the bigscreen and compo. Best thing is the transitions and the water effects with refraction.
Trivia: Navis told me the model in the screenshot is from an ancient "machine" found on a Mediterranean island and is thought to have been used to calculate the positions of the sun/moon/stars (did I remember it right, Navis?). Anyway, it's considered the first "computer". - rulezadded on the 2005-08-03 13:14:16
- 64k Windows Flight 666 by Loonies [web]
- Hmmm ... nifty but a little too static and close to a 195/95 rip-off. A weak thumb up.
Yeh, yeh, I know we also had a female statue made of shiny marble but we animated her ;-). - rulezadded on the 2005-08-03 02:28:59
