• Lotek: As StingRay says, technically Abandonware doesn't exist. It may be true that the game was "abandoned" for a long time (like many other gems of the old times), but it is actively sold these days, so it is definitely not abandonware and the person who runs that site technically offer an illegal copy.
  For your other question, Worms Reinforcements is an expansion for the original Worms game (which requires the original game to run). It was sold separately but was also later "united" with the original game and both were sold in a single package as Worms United.
