  Atari friends: Please bare with me for a few more days. I picked up a VGA monitor that supports 50Hz display, and the ACSI2STM Mini Hard Disk + DIN→VGA adapter I ordered are in transit. I hope nothing gets stuck in customs and they arrive on time for some week end debugging.
  
  With these I will be able to hook up my good'ole Atari STe and figure which part of the code to move 1-2 NOP left or right for MAXIMUM JOKER to work on real hardware.

  Rhino: Thanks! Are you sure Grizzly Bear was 4x2 all the way? I thought it was either 4x4 or doing 4x2 and skipping the odd scanline/block to get some motion blur.

  Grizzly Bear by Damones was the first to use a cheeky pattern, and countless Amiga prods use some even/odd blocks/pattern and no one bats an eye.
