Lovely
That's a very good looking idea, just with raster line selection on bottom.
yes
yee
Great use of FPP, as we call it on the C64
sweet
Pretty. FPP just means showing arbitrary rasterline contents on arbitrary rasterlines. I think it's possible to achieve that on NES by writing to $2005 during rendering. On the C64 it's much harder.
:)
@fizzer Yeah, what hot multimedia said. It's just a stupid old routine name that means "Flexible Pixel Position." It's in the family of other similar routines, whose names don't always make total sense:
FLD: Flexible Line Distance (line in this case meaning char lines)
FPD: Flexible Pixel Distance (pixel here means pixel lines)
FLI: Flexible Line Interpretation (meaning new chars or colors per pixel line instead of char line)
FLD: Flexible Line Distance (line in this case meaning char lines)
FPD: Flexible Pixel Distance (pixel here means pixel lines)
FLI: Flexible Line Interpretation (meaning new chars or colors per pixel line instead of char line)
Nicely done
Looks great!
