As said, why not code an engine using WebView2 and WebGL/three.js?
The tech now exists for small HTML based things while still using 3D.
ML: I'm planning to release an issue with an engine coded in JavaScript and I might use WebView for that. Thank you for the recommendation.
No problem, internally it uses Edge, so it should be feature-complete in C++.
