Nice moody 2k. From screenshot I thought it would also scroll. But there is generation of moody city blocks with reflection and nice music. Could let it watch for a while.

Thank you for the positive reception of this demo, as I really didn’t know how it would be appreciated: the technical aspects are really basic (full-screen page flipping, CRTC waves with register 3, rasters...) and the shapes displayed are simple, but pixel-perfect.
The initial aim was to create a 4K demo. To my surprise, the first tests without music came in at just over 1K, which could also have been a viable option (a 1K demo without music). I then asked Warlord to try out some music using CHIPNSFX to see how much space it would take up. The music immediately created an incredible atmosphere! And 2KB became the target – quite an unusual one!
We then had to get creative to keep adding more and more features: a writer, more random elements, and extending the music. Hundreds of code arrangements were tested, by hand, to achieve the best result once compressed by ZX0 Backward. Thanks to BNDBUILD which is rather fast...
This demo was a real brainteaser for both the coder and the musician! True demospirit inside... ;)
Some emulators have problems with CRTC R3 waves so please watch the demo on a real CTM to fully appreciate it...

That's cute and quite impressive as a 2k, but the people living in that city should learn to turn off the lights when leaving the office 🤨🤨
