haha, im superfast
Looks a _lot_ like something my friend did in Qbasic once. Of course, it wasn't 256b. Maybe the flames should change color too as the text does.

next time try something more experimental. this effect is a <understatement> little cheesy </understatement>.

I agree with plek. 256b rocks, though.

Usual fire effect. At least flames and colors look nice. It's ok for first try..

just curious plek, could you please give me a link to something you've produced - or - partly produced - or even: give me a link to some kind of production that you have had a remote influence on.

i'd really like to see it.

sofokles: I think you can find plek contributions to the scene in 'The Pimp Brigade' productions. The fire effect in this demo has been done a million times before, but it's alright, everybody has to start from somewhere.

@moT: and anyway, it's a typical pseudo-argument - "you can't do it better, so you don't have the right to criticize me." everyone has the right to criticize anyone - as long as it's done honestly and fairly.

fillbert - you have proved that you're able to code. so now go and make something original :)

pimpbrigade... I mean, wtf name is that, plek is gay
this is far too easy even in 256b, even for a first asm prod.
the colours are ugly (try something with less blue ;)

blabla gay blabla :) is that all you guys have got? in that case, i'll resort to working again.
added on the 2002-12-13 16:33:02 by superplek superplek
actually, while plek is devilishly handsome I doubt he's gay. unless you mean gay in the oldskool meaning of the word, which you probably don't, because that would involve cognitive skills.
