Welcome to the VCS scene! I like the use of the additional stripes with the delayed brightnes shift to visually enhance the resolution. And please release that Stella Tracker. We need VCS trackers for the masses!

I also like the minimalistic design. You sound like you had more ideas and also wrote your own tracker, which hopefully means there's more to come from you in the future for the VCS. So, motivational thumb up!
