IS this supposed to be a Red Sector prod?

Nice conversions of some of the greatest tunes ever done on mighty C64.
The Speedball-style-gfx was funny back in the days.

This has been on for the best part of the day, playing in the background. I've just updated the credits, as Frederic 'FRED' Hahn, was involved in this production, as it talks of his tune, 'The Last Sun' being ripped off in the game 'Atomic' by Thalion Software. Make sure to check out 'Stratos Vibratos by Network, as that features C64 tune arrangments made in FRED's 'Fred Editor'.

Clean conversions that complement the 6510-emu ones around the same time. Please forgive a nostalgia thumb :) Run on KS1.3 to avoid the modulo-garbled display.

Looong time since this was done ! (around 25 years ?!)

No it wasn't a RSI prod, but it was kind of them to release it :)
I did this prod with Fred, as being both fans of C64 tunes and musicians, a tribute to them was obvious. It was fun to translate some 6510+6581 features to amiga, i mean "translate" and "some" because i converted m.galway's 6510 routine to a 68000 routine (no use of emulator) with some macros :) , and a poorly-handmade 6581 "emulation" with no support for filters, nor ring mod.. among others (if i remember well), probably with some bad envelopes too. Soundwaves relies on very short buffer sizes from 4 to 256 bytes max i think (same in Fred editor), generated in real-time.
Fun fact: M.Galway has been sent this demo, and returned us a nice letter... among other things saying he was surprised by his popularity several years after :)
