FYI, in DOSBox-X and PCem, the low-freq "beat" sound is a regular PC speaker beep instead. You can "fix" this in DOSBox-X by adding the [speaker] config line "initial frequency = 0".

Works on my 16MHz 386sx - though the beeper going off like an alarm differs somewhat to the rhythmic tic tic-a-tic of the video. Thumb though.
