I can't see how this, this and this has any relation to the demoscene.

I second that.

i can, and im wondering on more opinions on the matter before considering purging them.

scener doing audiovisuals with computers for free is scene related to me. plus we already have a liveact category and everything.

so i see nothing wrong with it despite understanding where you could nitpick on it.

Stu and goto80 are scene musicians in my opinion, and I don't think it's a bad thing for pouët to support neigbouring scenes.
I think nitpicking on this is saying that the demoscene is totally inert and that everything that's not 105% hardcore party approved™ should be sent down the sink. Which is of course not true, all layers of society and all cultural scenes will influence each other to some degree, and the demoscene and the chipscene have a connection, even though some sceners despise the non-scene part of the demoscene.
So: Keep'em.

Sure the chiptune/micromusic scenes have some relationship to the demoscene and STU being a demoscene artist on the ST (dunno about Goto80, but I assume you're right). I mean, if those recordings were made at a scene party, I'd be perfectly fine with that, but since they were made on a party that belongs to the chiptune/micromusic scene, I'm not sure ... so *shrug*

demos, freeware games and animations made by demosceners/groups but not released at demoparties are also on teh database, so whats the problem?

Well, if those were released outside any compos as well, there's barely any point in moving above releases then.

Why not adding this stuff as they're scene musicians. Also it helps me in discovering more good music, as I normally don't follow this scene :-)
