Where can I find these prods?

category: general [glöplog]

I setup Winuae today to show Ultimate Gas some great old Amigo demos and I got thinking of all the ones I rally miss. I found lots of them on her and other places but where can I get all these.....anyone know?

Old issues of The Word by NFA
Maggie 2 Pancake Day by Chainsaw Slippers (funny as hell that!)
Brainsnatcher by ??? (it was an anim demo with a cool rock tune and anim)
Get Frogged by Decay (Dancing frog from a WB cartoon).
Any old Carnage prods.

Hope you can help a young boy relive his happiest days. :)

Also I reccommend to everyone to get WINUAE now and get XDMS to run DMS files as disks! ROOLS!!
Also I forgot Robocod vs Lemmings by ???
I remember seeing Robocod vs Lemmings in an old magazine I have, along with some Gulf War based animation demo (possibly by the same group) which looked BRILLIANT. Unfortunately I don't own either of them...

ooo another Gulf demo? I must have missed that one. Anim demos rule!
Shane I sent you a mail with the magazine clipping attached. I've got pages and pages of demo reviews from Public Domain magazine from circa 1992 but unfortunately I've got nowhere to upload them to.

One day I'm going to dig out my old Amiga demo collection and adf or dms some demos I can't find online - providing the disks are still in working order.

Iblis: About 2 inches of dust and a broken mouse. :)

I've gone through some of my disks and sadly I didn't find as many rare demos as I expected. I did find Robocod vs. Lemmings though. I always remember it as being really bad, but I'll try and post it soon anyway.

Meanwhile I really have to check out some of those Eric Schwartz anims. Thanks for the link Pete. :)

i recommend to you to learn to configure winuae since you obviously can't get vanilla a500 demos to run :)
