As a developer, minimum is
* A computer which can reliably save/load my work
* A keyboard. A mouse/trackball/trackpad is nice to have too.
* A screen which feels comfortable
* A chair allowing a safe posture
* A quiet place
* Regular supply of drinkable coffee
* A programming toolchain installed on the computer
