Sunspire: Well - to be honest, it does provide some challenges. The schedule is pretty tight already, and your arrival is heavily in conflict with a pick-up at the airport, so I won't be able to pick you guys up. But since my new appartment is only 3-400 meters from the nearest trainstation, it should be fairly easy for you to get from Copenhagen Central Station and to my appartment.
But then the next problem arises: We're driving to center of Copenhagen for the guided tour, where, again, there isn't any seats left. And honestly, I'm pretty sure my wife wouldn't be all that happy with sharing the appartment with two complete strangers while the rest of us are touring Copenhagen. Afterall, you're my guests, not her's ;)
Then for the last and final difficulty. Since Leia, Eladamri and Ody drops by thursday evening for the nice and free dinner, there's actually not seats for more people. I'm already down 2 chairs, but will get that sorted in time. Having two more would mean complete chaos, and the amount (and price) of food to prepare for 10 people is probably a bit more than the oven can hold. I could, of course, just change the menu to some boring stew of some sorts, but I really like for the pre-TRSAC even to be something special to those visiting, so I'm pretty reluctant to change it after having sent the invitations, including the menu.
So if it's not too much trouble, it'd be awesome if it's possible for you guys to crash somewhere else from thursday to friday. We could arrange for you to meet us during the guided tour, no problem, but food, beer, wine and space for you to crash is actually rather problematic. Hope you understand :)

Yes I perfectly understand! As said before, it was either hit or miss with the pre-party thing since I booked the tickets prior to asking you for space, and I might add that I was possibly a bit quick and full of euphoria about goin' to denmark when I booked that train (but after all very happy that I still found a reasonable fare) It's not like this is our first field trip however so we will do just fine, don't worry about us!
Oh and happy pre-partying to all who will be there this year! :)
