and everything i try to run (cept kirby) will run at full speed (24+ fps)

Is that full speed for you? Many people say PSP is the best, not GCW0 not Pandora, because it's the best for emulation. But they haven't tried the rest. Don't know about PS1/N64 emulators (not many PSP vids, some seem slow, I cannot unlock my PSP to try still, stupid closed thing) but SNES comparisons, GCW0 does the best. So many PSP fanboys state the 233Mhz device is still better at emul than our much faster open handhelds today. Without ever testing. What a joke.

I read today this. Haha,. good I like. Also reminds me, when we try to understand the universe it replaces itself with a more complex one, Douglas Adams.

Haha, so funny replies!

Bob Simon: Did you ever think you would wind up in prison?

Wolfgang Beltracchi: No.

Bob Simon: At what point did you realize, uh-oh, I’m in trouble, this is over?

Wolfgang Beltracchi: When I was in prison.

Bob Simon: Not before then.

Wolfgang Beltracchi: Not really, no.

Bob Simon: Do you think you did anything wrong?

Wolfgang Beltracchi: Yes, I use the wrong titanium white, yeah.

Code:mini habits You could persuade yourself to do a small mini habit Even if you are very very tired, have a headache, unmotivated, lost meaning, maybe You start doing because it's simple, you might do few more and then it rolls You might even regain part of the depleted willpower because you are doing something and gives you meaning, makes you happy I've thought of that before. Never followed it thorougly. Why? 1) I thought it was such a small stupid challenge, wouldn't produce big results, so senseless to do it even if too easy. Or maybe 3? I don't want to believe something that easy eventually will work? 2) If the idea is to pretent to be doing small stuff, so that you secretly push yourself to do the bigger stuff, then it feels like cheating to yourself. Yourself revolts. You don't want to be motivated. 3) Maybe I don't like to realize, in case this works wholy and forever, that the sollution was so simple. I try to rationalize against this, that there are more parameters(which I am writting right now)

In "The Curse of Monkey Island," Guybrush Threepwood speaks with a ferryman who's been lost in the mists for a long time now. Here's what Guybrush had to say about the boatman's experience:

"I like mist. I think it's pretty."

The boatman's response to Guybrush's statement:

"Of course it's pretty, but egads, is it DULL!"

Well, let's post it here

Quote:

Well, there are the people who praise it for it's outstanding gameplay, atmosphere, environments and set pieces...

...and then there are the people who praise it for its "good" story (aliens invade, you shoot aliens), "interesting", "believable" characters (a chick with small tits (woman power!) and a gun (woman power!) who says "stop pointing that torch at me" when you point a torch at her and cries when someone close to her dies (so realistic!)) and "revolutionary" storytelling (instead of watching a cutscene, you jump around the room, knocking stuff over and shooting while listening to a guy who stares at thin air, talking to an imaginary person and completely ignoring your lunatic behaviour).

Well, HL2 is indeed a great game with great environments, but not much stands out in my opinion to hail it as best game of the decade. It looked like another way to do a story based FPS, some gimmicky (forced) physics and a gravity gun, and a character who doesn't talk and people fantasizing over Alyx or the other chick. Hl1 was more revolutionary at it's time. Deus ex has physics but doesn't force specific puzzles, it's so totally emergent gameplay, and so people who say Deus Ex best ever, that I believe. But Hl2 not so. </rant off>

Although we must be reminded that this is a problem of every game (else you have to make it into an interactive movie or FPS on rails which I hate). Or there is the other thing, why games and stories have problems mixing. You see cinematic story of lara actually having emotions, bringing the team to danger, or some character getting shocked of killing a zombie, or whatever. After the cinematic, you are a dumb hero jumping around, killing hundreds of innocents for no reason. Then, cinematic about character emotions. Then killing 500s like rambo. That mismatch makes me laugh so hard at games trying to be "art".

I'll better go write a blog, sorry.

One may think a laser printer has a finite number of parts, but recent discoveries tells that might not be the truth. I find that every time I take it apart, fix it , and put it back together there is one more part over. So if I do this unlimited times, there will be unlimited parts.
These parts may be the answer to the missing matter in the universe.
Just so you know.
