Here's a couple from Finland, translated and/or explained whenever applicable.

• Votetkaa X tai partypaikka palaa! - "Vote for X or the party place burns!"
  
• Naisen pää - "A woman's head". Shouted in jest during graphics compos whenever someone thinks an entry panders to the male gaze a bit.
  
• Kasettilameri - "Cassette lamer". Someone who has no disk drive.
  
• Ääni - "The Voice". A security guard from back when Assembly was organized at the [REDACTED] Arena. Known for his booming bass voice and imposing physique, but also for sometimes being a bit too eager to enforce security.
  
• ROTOR - A bot from #suomiscene, famous for Markov chain nonsense. Named after R.O.T.O.R., a classic bad movie from 1987.
  
• Rapuvitsi - "The crab joke". A joke made famous by the main organizer of Instanssi. Often told as a drawn-out shaggy dog story, getting longer and longer with every re-telling.
