gem, 18 years rules are scandinavian law crap, be glad you don't have that in wherever-you're-from :) it's basically impossible to organise an event that does not actually forbid any alcohol consumption without that rule. and breaking an age rule is sortof less bad than breaking an alcohol rule. especially if everybody's shit wasted but there's like max 5 people under 18 attending it's not hard which option to pick.
we had it at stream too, i think. but that doesn't mean we bother about age at all, it only means we should. and maybe hide <18y behind the curtain in case cops would actually show up :D
