Anti-glare screen. I will go find a mirror if I want to look at my own face.

It remembers me the story of some old russian guy who installed a back mirror on his computer because "he can't program with having the feeling someone was behind him"

what kusma said. slrsrly, "must have"? how can something as instantly replaceable as Notepad++ be "must have"?

"instantly replaceable"?
No! When i switched from !Zap editor (archie) to Crimson (win), i lost all my key bindings, some functions were lacking (hex edit, only keypresses to do a macro...), some cool ones were added of course. Now i'm thinking about moving to emacs, but again i don't think it's an easy thing to do.

So while i also agree with kusma, i think one's editor/tools is a matter of taste and i'm quite curious to see what people are using as tools.

Oh, and:
* Crimson Editor
* gcc
* TeXLive
* EditHexa
* WinMerge
* St Sound or ModPlug or WinAmp or SIDPlay

And when coding for the ST:
* GenST 2.25f

Silence and motivation were the best answers.

A Gantt diagram tool/plugin, if you are the project manager type. ;)
