- Photon: the final will only warn you that you don't have the dll. Download it, put it next to the intro and it'll run. It's a win 8.1 thing.

- Turns out our kkrunchy fix that would open a messagebox if you're missing a dll is borked. Windows 7 doesn't include d3dcompiler_47.dll and that's the reason for the crashes. You can grab it here.
