  I mean the group orange in general, but primarily something like The Secret Life Of Mr. Black (those pads in the latter half are quite similar actually), or maybe Megablast. This in some ways feels like a contemporary counterpart to those. Both give me this certain eerie unsettling feeling.

• Regardless of the more silly stuff, there are some truly sublime and captivating moments here, like the "recursive zoomer" thing. Funnily enough to me this feels one of the closest things to what I imagine a contemporary orange demo to be (except with less finesse), right down to the music.

• What ferris said. A fair bit of recycling still, but enjoyable. It's just that the intended epicness of these scenes and visuals is lost when the same exact trick has been played already in the same exact way. But like still, the overall design is solid, apart from a few weird camera movements. Very nice music this time around (albeit those cheesy trance detune sounds subtract some points)! Encouragement thumb!

• THIS IS EXCELLENT. Solid visuals, nice colors, great use of 4klang! Doesn't feel like a bloated 4k at all.

• Looks to me just some uniform sampling pattern over a hemisphere solid angle for approximate diffuse reflection ("GI"). It's a bit nasty but gets the point across :) (except with those striped spheres, quite bad with them). Not too bad. The style of music isn't my taste exactly but it's a good example of the genre, so works for me. Small thumb.
