• noize: fair (especially since i have a spare gf4 for demos like these), but i do wonder what the "excuse" is for limiting the display adapter support in such a horrible way? i didn't really see anything that should've required extremely funky codepaths for different vendors in opengl, or couldn't just have been done using a relatively standard set of d3d features.
  
  that all aside, as i already said earlier, the demo is cool :)

• the factory did have slightly better lighting than the rest imo, so that could be true; besides that, on a bigscreen it probably looks much better due to the free 'fsaa'. besides all this i'd like to add once again that it's probably also quite a strong matter of taste, i personally like to see quite sharp contrasts -> that i missed.

• fiver2: some funny effects like in the screenshot here aside, it was, imho, was all looking too.. can't find the right word but.. how stuff looks when you don't really light it properly but just distribute equally contributing lightsources among a scene. i think 'dull' describes it :)
