- demo Windows elements by Haujobb
- the facelifting was great! now this demo truly rules. ok, the awful vocals somewhat destroy virgill's music.

- demo Atari Falcon 030 Lost Blubb by Lazer [web]
- this is my all time favourite falcon demo. i remember sitting in the compohall at one of the best parties ever and seeing this incredible demo for the first time.
(i just wanted to save the time needed finding my own words since gizmo is absolutly right... ) - rulezadded on the 2002-03-15 12:22:59
- demo Windows Amiga PPC/RTG My World Is How I Create It by ukonx [web]
- bhead: some kind of effects, like feedbacks and crashzooms, are simpler to do with software rendering, especially if you want to avoid the hell of driver bugs and compatibility testing. and some people simply like the "crisp" look of software engines.
today's pc's are so fast that software rendering is getting more and more interesting if the style or effect you have in mind does not need too many polygons and transparent layers. but i won't say software is better or more scenish or cooler than hardware (or the other way around), it just depends what you want to do in your demo.
ak: you are right. nobody needs bad poetry. not even the demo scene. and bad poetry and "Seven" style destortion does not make art.
all in all a great demo. - isokadded on the 2002-03-05 20:01:10
- 64k Windows Fortnight (Win32) by mfx [web] & Farbrausch [web]
- best intro at tp, maybe best intro 2001, although not perfect. runs fine on my maschine, maybe because win98.

- 64k Windows fr-08: .the .product by Farbrausch [web]
- TS: so the goal must be to write a better tool for making little music-synced videos than 3dstudio. fortunatly, that is not really difficult and exactly where i am heading.
having everything in realtime is a nice feature for graphicians, and the ability to spread 15 minutes of content with just a few hundred kilobytes or even less is a great bonus.

- 64k Windows fr-08: .the .product by Farbrausch [web]
- thorsten: actually, when i showed this my suit-wearing boss, he understood the concept of "64k" immediatly: "hey, my excel tables are larger!" he said. and even the most stupid person who ever went into internet with an analog moden sees that the product loads way faster than most "cool" webpages. actually, the size of the demo is not "64k" but "15 seconds" (with analog modem).
in the end, intros work better with non-sceners than demos, because you don't need to explain why demos look more crappy than pixar. - isokadded on the 2002-01-14 11:39:51

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS third dimension by Cryptoburners
- what a stupid screenshot. what a great demo. like "hunt" rendered twice without the bugs.

- demo Windows feedback. by Suboptical
- although it does not feature any feedback effects, the speechpart is too long, the framerate too low on GeForce2GTS and you really should not put pictures of yourself into your demo, this demo is really beautiful.
