- when i saw the screenshot i thought "YES! finally some npr!", but then the actual product is basically just blending an animation where the shadow should be and it's not exactly subtle so in a lot of case sit just feels like there's a big hole in the rendering and i can see through it. maybe decreasing the opacity or making the mapping worldspace instead of screenspace would've been a good idea. another point of contention was the direction - sorry wf, you're a way better director than this, pun intended. the ending shot is done really well but otherwise the cinematography and editing just feels rushed. (and since it says party version, it probably was.) that all said, i'm really looking forward for the final because well done conceptual stuff is so rare that i cant not appreciate it.

- there's nothing wrong with it but i couldnt help feeling i'm watching the same effect for 3 minutes, and i think i saw most of this in previous pasy-stuff before. that said, i applaud the idea of using 2d graphics, and the lack of resolution was hidden really well.

- cute stuff, the tech is really good, but i'm not sure about the aesthetics: it's nice that you have bokeh dof, but it's really overshot, almost to a tiltshift level, and you could've at least added a drop shadow / gradient on the fonts. the music tried to be catchy (simple melody ad nauseam) but to my ears it sounded a bit dated.

- so it starts with arial and companion cubes, which made me ready to hate the whole thing, but then the rest was pretty decent, although both the texturing and the texturemapping needs a lot of work. that said, i'm not willing to forgive the arial - if you need a techy font, use something like lucida console, whereas for the "organic" font wrapped in plants, i would've used garamond italic. it would've felt less "bolted on".

- a great example of how complete lack of content can be disguised with a lot of detail. the weird thing is though that i had this feeling that the sync was late with just a teeny bit, but enough to confuse me a bit.

- i don't think i enjoyed this one. i was intrigued by the start cos i wasnt sure what i was seeing and i usually consider that a good thing, but then it turned out to be just cubes with postprocessing, and when the red background came up with the melody, i just sortof lost interest. i did like the morpher though.

- the mood is great, but it's such a shame it runs out of ideas around halfway into it. still, 99% of the scene would just wish they could do something of this scale.
