- Uh, nothing particularly exciting. The zooming effects were nice, but then repeated over and over, without any gfx.. yawn.

- demo Amiga AGA Atari Falcon 030 Silkcut by The Black Lotus [web]
- sigh.. and yet there are still pc guys who believe we want to see spinning cubes hacked together in a few hours synched to ripped techno music in the demo compo.. THIS is the kind of effort we want to see, guys!
I can imagine the mountain scenes are low-poly, but like little nell and lapsuus, the textures are gorgeous. the following tunnel is a little suspicious, considering it rotates faster than it moves inside.. hmm. the ringmaster and the twirling female were great ideas, just need to tweak those camera angles a little for dramatic effect. :)
and the music.. oh man. i ripped the data file to shreds and still couldn't get at it, anyone have the mod/xm so i can put it on demodulate? and blaizer, if you're out there, please contact me about mindcandy vol 2 menu/trailer music. :) - rulezadded on the 2004-04-18 05:55:03

- demo Windows mdma (remix) by Threepixels [web]
- incredible revision of the mdma demo.. the soundtrack is obviously ripped, but still good. not very effect/gfx intensive, but for it's long duration, it's not very repetitive. like with 604, if you can't stand goa colors, avoid it.

- demo Commodore 64 Cycle by Booze Design
- dalezy: i wouldn't call it an "invention", exactly.
it didn't blow me away, but i do admire the multi-speed music. and you get a little musicdisk of more, to boot. the gfx give it atmosphere and more of an amiga/pc feel. the twister at the beginning is a very clever stretching illusion. dane and hcl definitely make a good team, hope to see more when hcl gets back! - rulezadded on the 2004-03-04 15:29:29
