- Good but nothing special. Bilinearity is ugly, would've looked better under VGA or some other more primitive display mode.

- The text was something that I envisioned right from the start, and can't even see the prod without them :), so they weren't an afterthought. Even in the party version they were always there in my mind's eye. Another classic case of succeeding at something through limitations I guess, which in this case was lack of time with the original version. I don't know if they're typographically really good either - they are extremely stripped and minimal, but provide the impression I had in mind (thin, modern, bright, cinematic, italics). The purpose was mainly to fill the temporal dimension at couple "dead-air" parts. To me they're essential.
The flow is perhaps slightly worse, but I think it's because me and sm semi-accidentally cranked the flashing a bit too high in the end; that is something I would return to change further, but the final is final, sometimes you just need to recognize when something shouldn't be touched anymore :). See you next time with something different! - isokadded on the 2014-12-14 21:23:47

- demo Commodore 64 Dansa In by Hack'n'Trade
- Worst of the recent h&t demos I've seen. No interesting petscii, no interesting music, no interesting storytelling. If it was supposed to be funny it sure as hell missed me.

- More collected than the masterpiece that is energia, but less impactful too. Suffers from the common syndrome at the time where people really didn't know how to approach demomaking under the new accelerated platforms, but manages to pull out some wonderful stunts regardless. I particularly love the star-like thing in the beginning. Of course some of the screens are absolutely heinous, but can be ignored once you tune into the proper chillout frequency. Fantastic music of course too.

- Not bad at all; the shapes are niceish and the rendering is good, but then again it does absolutely nothing for me.

- demo MS-Dos Planet Superfish by Blocc
- One of the best soudntracks in a demo I've ever heard, thumb goes up by that merit alone. Amazing looking effects too, some of the best of the era. The manga graphics were a bit "wtf" but not an issue really =)
