• this is definitely not a bad demo. i actually like the soundtrack, and the visuals. visualice's a freakin genius, no debate about that.
  
  but i have to second the people who said that something's missing this time. there's no kick. no "wow". more like "haven't i seen those objects somewhere? they used to be silver rather than chrome".
  
  haujobb can deliver much more than that! and i hope they'll do it again next year.

• the way i see it, the only really bad thing about this demo is its name. calling it after the effect reduces it unnecessarily. i actually dig the design of the other parts, especially the retro pics. music is cool too. i doubt there is any real radiosity in there anyway... it's just colored light sources and soft shadows - but well done at any rate.

  2. everybody, talk english PLEASE. bad english is far more acceptable here than perfect french
  3. 3d artists (except the most fabulous ones) really should stop modelling people. it just looks so ridiculous. i can only remember a single good-looking example (forgot the demo's name, some girl running around a circle and over a bridge).
  4. the music is bad :)
  5. the story is confusing :)
  
  oh well... show this demo to your friends, and they will be mightily impressed (i guess). show it to sceners and you get thumbed down. be the rest among the best - or the best among the rest...
