  Well, the production itself does not stand out as anything special in the PC 64k scene, so I'm not gonna thumb it up just for being released at a small party.

• Not having seen many Windows 4ks, but...come on people? 2 effects blended together with a tune?
  Not my idea of a rocking 4k.
  Go watch some of the 4ks made on Amiga by Efreet. They rule.
