- With my integrated intel VGA your effect doesn't move. The vertical retreace bit doesn't occur (3dah/8). Instead... you can try 4f07h for double buffering and waiting for the retreace by this vbe function.. But this function needs more studies, it could lead to some incompatibilty issues again.
