• Why do you want to beat old records by doing flawed and incomplete new versions? First chess that doesn't play by the rules, now a BASIC interpreter that has fewer features than the one from 1976 you try to beat? Sorry, but that's lame.
  
  From what I've seen from you, I'm pretty sure you have the skills to really beat these records. But please, do it properly, or don't claim you've beaten the old implementations.

• Hm. Tried 3 seeds, but the difference wasn't big enough for me to become curious and try more. Which is too bad, as the idea itself (or better: what my imagination made out of it) sounds cool.
  
  Would be very interesting to hear about what the seed is used for and how, and what extreme cases are possible. Oh, and if it would somehow be possible to let the seed influence the music as well, although I guess that's very hard without making to sound strange. :)
