• Actually nowadays I do all my tracking work with this. It is not that usable, but afaik it's the only windows tracker that has pretty much only the basic stuff and pretty good support for all the common formats and even filter envelopes on IT, which were available only registered version of impulse tracker. And you get used to the interface over time.
  
  Well, if people would ask me I would say none of the trackers should be in this category. I only added IT because people had already added the other big ones.

• Tomaes, sure. I've done that too. But the fact is that no emulator ever sounds the same as real sid, so when you make tunes on an emulator, it always sounds a bit different on a real hw.
