- demo Linux gnudemo by GotLands Allsmäktiga Super Sceners [web]
- kb: it wasn't really worth the hassle :-) Oh, and by the way, are you really allowed to use the name GNU like that just because you release the source under GPL?
It might seem a bit unfair to thumb down something which so clearly appears to be a first prod, but this really lacks quality on most levels, sorry :-) (The music isn't all that bad, though.) - sucksadded on the 2002-07-06 03:25:27

- Whee... The party in itself was cool -- too bad for you suckers who didn't show up ;-)

- demo Commodore 64 Deus Ex Machina by Crest & Oxyron [web]
- I switched the emu detection on (it was off), but I couldn't spot any differences. It still said "Thanks for using a real C64" :-)

- demo Windows afri-demo by afri-cola [web]
- "effect", not "effekt". Whatever. :-)

- demo Windows afri-demo by afri-cola [web]
- Good sync, okay music, but ugly logo and I feel that the effects are somewhat recycled (perhaps most notably the flat-envmapping or whatever that "disco ball" effekt from fr-019 is) :-)

- demo Windows Edge Of Forever by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- As in CnC, creative effects and smooth transitions from ASD -- if there's anything I didn't like that well, it must be the colour scheme and the music -- I don't really feel that those two fit too well together. Heavy render-to-texture use, so I guess it won't look too good on my own card (haven't tried), but appears smooth on a Geforce2MX. :-)

- demo MS-Dos Square by Pulse [web]
- Manages very well to change between different styles and looks -- it changes quite a lot, too. The music isn't the best I've heard, but heck, it's a real good demo. :-)

- demo Linux Windows the surge by mfx [web]
- First part is rather cool (except I'm no big fan of the club music, and the cathedral/church scene badly needs lightmapping), but the second part almost manages to kill it. Still, overall it's cool when people release good Linux stuff :-)

- demo Linux Windows +1-1 by != [web]
- Not terribly interesting, and the sound skipping is horribly irritating.
