• erm, just to clear that up; the demo is neither optimized for speed nor for size; but don't expect any major speedups, most of the gpu time is wasted for crashzooms, effectively killing the gpu by drawing fullscreen polygons with alpha blending 5-8 times in a row.
  however, what you CAN expect in a final version is reduced size, as always :)

• hm, dunno. 3 effects (one of that a cube, one a tunnel) and a quite empty 3d scene... and oh, it's already over. atleat half the time there are credits on screen.

  if these comments continue, we may have to a dos lores softwarerendering version, just to prove that we do NOT use any hidden windows object generators or packing techniques. really. the only thing fr-08 uses is plain d3d for polygon drawing - nothing more, nothing less.
