- demo Windows Oneirophrenia by Hork
- It feels embarrassing to admit my favourite part was the Boing Meta Ball. Perhaps because the audiovisual style was most coherent there? Somehow it was just easy to parse and enjoy.
There were some obvious raymarching artifacts visible in pretty much every scene. If you haven't tried it yet, see section "3.4 Discontinuity reduction" in this pdf. Anyway, I liked the sense of scale in the first part of the demo. - rulezadded on the 2024-04-13 13:10:05
- demo invitation Wild Evoke 25 by LJ
- Gives such a happy feeling but when watching it I can feel the pain behind in every polygon. We truly are our own worst enemies.
Wayfinder's track is perfect for this demo. - rulezadded on the 2024-04-13 12:58:42
- demo Windows Vertical Hold by Sirocco & NOOP
- I appreciate the transgressive approach (in demoscene terms) to storytelling in this one. The sprite 3D effects were also surprisingly interesting, visually.

- demo Windows JavaScript Eleventh Hour by slay bells
- I like the color gradients. Maybe would've benefited from more visual detail or layers? Great mood and some ambitious typography anyway!

- demo JavaScript Every little thing all together
- I like how all the little "worlds" are all part of a single 3D model.

- I wasn't at the party place but on the stream this comic was hard to enjoy. Maybe it was a different experience live, a whole crowd holding their breath together while waiting the page to turn, but at home I never read comics without having full control over pacing.
I also have to admit my eyes instantly gloss over anything resembling "AI generated content" but it's not the biggest problem with this production.
An idea: a demo as a comic instead? - isokadded on the 2024-04-12 21:13:31
