good one!
Beautiful! First time I see zillions polygons used for good, not for creating grey mess on screen!
just stunning. especially forest and waterfall scenes.
nice nature flyby and DAT WATER! 0_o
That looked fantastic
Some great-looking things like the water and the fire. The overall feeling is kind of plastic-like though, maybe it's the saturated colors and the glow.
Some really beautiful scenes for sure, but it lacks a red thread, something that makes you want to keep watching. I was expecting to see a new scene after the spider instead of more forest for instance. To me it seems a bit rushed. God rays would have worked better if the general lighting didn't give the impression of a cloudy day i think. Music was nothing special but i guess it does its job.
No doubt a thumb up for this one!

a lot of impressive scenes and content so a thumb it is
although it could have tried harder to avoid the uncanny valley from time to time...

Entertaining and eerie. I liked especially the rocks+water part. Bonfire is somehow reseting itself. Also a panning knob has been found :)
wowsy :)
It ran at abysmal framerates here (phenom II x4 965 / GTX Titan). Each scene was slower than the last, dropping to below 1fps for the campfire. I'll reserve the thumb until I've seen it in realtime.
Wish i was there.
Very well composed, soothing to watch. There's some odd panning in the music though.
The slightly off colors and the music have a strong 2000s vibe, but this is really nice to watch, and better than many demos. The tree looked very nice and organic.
+ trees
+ water
+ not postprocessed to death
+ scenes in general
- colors (esp. greens looked rather artificial)
- textures
- glitches (fire resetting, how is that spiderweb even fixated?)
overall: YES! <3

Shikarnost'! ^^
fantastic!!!
Awesome one man production.
what a nice 64k!
What Preacher said. But a really lovely intro anyway with great music!
Win10 / GTX 970, i see the intro part, then white screen after that.
cool water. great for the big screen (enjoyed it at the party).
Loved every second of it. So peaceful.
Great one!!
seems to crash righter after resolution selector on anything but nvidia (makes a std::bad_alloc after compiling a bunch of dx9 shaders).
norm
Technically very impressive. Artistically too.
Holy crap, t hat was awesome. Some scenes look a bit random, but the sheer amount of content kinda makes up for that. Also kudos for using sample-based music in a 64k.
Also, 1024x768 :(

runs pretty ok in native 1920x1080. but yeah, the lowres (or badly UVed) textures, ditto bad bumpmaps and bad color use kinda ruin it. also some stronger shadows for more contrasts might have helped the realism. but still a nice effort in 64k!
I liked the thicket scene the most. I wonder what the demo would have looked with more (or more emphasis to) shadows, since some scenes were really asking for them. Good in any case.
Some things like the brook/stream look awesome, others (some textures, the fire) not so much. The direction and music could be better as well, but overall it's definitely one of the better 64k intros out there!
Pretty nice. I liked the fat little spider and the waterfall scene plus the forest geometry were quite impressive.
Great job! The only complaint I have would be the colors, they should have been tweaked a bit. It's always good to let an artist do some color grading when the intro is done :)
hmm not my cup of tea... fly by we saw 100 times before... ok i'm no expert maybe technically good but a bit boring somehow...
like it, especially on big screen at partyplace
mixed feelings about it.
some really nice scenes, some ok scenes.
but music did not even remotely catch up with the overall visual quality and reminded me of 1990s dos midi game music mostly.
still, content wise enough for me to thumb it up

beautiful!
It reminds me of Crysis.
smooth and enjoyable, especially the waterfall part!
I like the stylized artificial look. I mean, let me be clear, it does not look realistic, whether intentional or not. I'm reminded of mid to late 80s CGI renderings at times. I like that sort of a look when utilized properly and I do think it works here. Same thing with the colors, they're a mess, but a stylized mess. This one also goes into the same otherworldly ominous category that I like (caero, reflextion, artefacts...). The waterfall looks genuinely quite good also though. One thing that doesn't are the fonts though... Arial sucks, seriously. Music was also moderately refreshing, especially the drums. Is everything just from samples, or is there some more intricate synthesis going on?
The trees and grass could use some work in the lighting department. Otherwise very nice!
Mixed bag, but easy thumb up for the large amount of content, some of which was of high visual quality.
Great!
Strange prod. Textures look like plastic, lighting looks almost like r_fullbright 1, music sounds like general midi and the typography is just awful. Water and fire effects are somewhat nice tho. Doesn't deserve a thumbdown but meh.
but oh, it's 64k
Nice and lots of stuff in this prod
Neat graphics and rendering but superboring execution and almost no direction/composition. Pig!
I liked it! Music was very nice and works well with the synth, nature scenes were convincing, ran very fast indeed.
Beautiful. Graphics is top. Music is very very nice. But should be more "synth"... But that's because I prefer such music...
Waterflow scene is really cool!
lush!
nice to see nature scenes in demos again. top!
Good content for a 64k, but I agree on the plastic look. The waterfall and opening scenes were nice.
very IMPRESSIVE!
THANKS!
THANKS!
Amazing prod, especially for 64k! Congrats!
Some really gorgeous scenes. Crysis 64k ;)
.
Looks like a mix of Nature 2.0 and Sonnet; not as memorable as either of those (lacking character and less meandering music), but a good effort still. Well done. :)
great
Really nice 64k, with a big forest and a nice fire
Awesome, especially the rocks. Could've done without the green glow, however.
looks pretty realistic for a 64k
super nice water and fire effects, beautiful music and scenery. perfect and way to unknown intro!
this demo is prob really cool and all, but with my rx7600 and thanks to the amazingly engineered AMD drivers, i didn't manage to run it, even with all the compatibility settings and direct3D9 installs in the world (it's telling me there's a direct3D9 initialization error, which is why i'm putting it on AMD). If anyone's got any clues though, i'd love to hear about them, you can find me on discord with the same username, i'd really like to get to run it
Awesome! Being a one-man production makes it even more impressive!
