• some cool text zooming in/out over a glenz tunnel (not the best effect idea ever..). hey, for the first 4k compo ever, it had style. and it runs just the same in winxp!

• i was hoping most of the design would be like the screenshot.. sadly, it's just the end credits and a quick finale. amazing how nice a simple reflection on a white screen looks.
  
  while unrelated, it had a solid, ambitious intro with a nice transition and colors. music starts out great too, then, that bass sample! ugh! sort of killed the mood. the drumloop afterwards saved the tune, at least.
  
  so, i'm gonna have to be the first to give it a mere "ok". the two parts are good, but it feels like it's missing a middle, main part.. ya know?

• a google search unveiled a forum here, linking to the blitz3d source code for "megablitz" by "xperience2003" from dec. 2004. and both that file and this file come from www.games-mafia.de. so either they ripped nearly the entire demo, or they took their own demo from 2004 and added an ultralame screen.
