• okay, it *kinda* works in dosbox. with sound it crashes after the dc5dude/starzoom (i'm amazed it got *that* far), without sound it actually runs all the way. some bugs, but most are intentional. :)

• bwahaha, the thing runs in dosbox, thumbs up just for that. the "bullet" was supposed to be more elaborate, but actually it's kinda cute the way it is. if i made it bigger it could've been a precursor to the mooninite's "quad laser". :D

  i was wondering why the heck it ran great on my xp1900, but crashed midway through on my a64 3200. i tried changing/crippling all kinds of winuae settings, to no avail. finally, i dropped my cpu speed down to 1GHz in the BIOS, and voila, no more crash. Disabling JIT or taking emulation speed off "fastest possible" *might* also work, but either will make it so slow it will no longer be enjoyable.
