- Hey, that first tune sounds vaguely familiar... dammit, now i want to see Dope 64. :)
Nice demo, actually.. I remember that phong-mapping stuff from Spaceballs. - isokadded on the 2002-01-05 00:08:32
- demo Commodore 64 Triage 5 by Smash Designs [web]
- Just to oppose all those crackheads who are giving it thumbs down. (and yet you like this huh? I forgot to mention how much the music rocks (so it's not Mitch & Dane swing tempo, don't cry).

- demo Windows Virtual Vodka by Fairlight [web]
- Finally saw it, very nice! Those who only like abstract flashy nonsense should avoid it. The part that others referred to runs slow here too (Ath1.4/GF2Pro+22.50), but the rest runs fine.

- demo game invitation MS-Dos WiRED 97 invitation intro 2 by Acme & Imphobia
- skypher: It's listed in the demo hidden parts list (which I used to maintain) at http://www.inf.bme.hu/~mandula/secret.txt (figured that could use a plug :).

- Wow.. makes Lego Basics look kick-ass in comparison. Remember when they used to make good, funny wild demos?

- 64k MS-Dos/gus Nation Zero by jamm
- Still one of my all-time fave intros.. when I first saw it (at mini-impulse '95, same weekend as asm95, w00p), it was just.. new. New effects, new music (Dune), new gfx (Visualize). It didn't try to be artistic, profound, or anything.. just cool. :)

- demo Windows Kozmik's Sweet Ass by Unique [web]
- Cute, but reeks of Dose 2/Horizontal Cool style. One of the more entertaining TP demos, at any rate.

- More chrome spike-blobs and Visualice art, but the music and gfx are very good, without question. Could've done without the extended vocal samples. The blob-over-land-pic could've been longer; the "feel the high" part shorter. For better quality pics, they could've made PNGs out the B/W JPGs, or shrunk down their 3D object files a bit - over 200k each for some! Finally, it deserved a real ending, even just a still pic. Anyway, I'll thumb it up since it doesn't deserve those thumbs down. :)
