- demo Amiga AGA GBG by The Black Lotus [web] & Up Rough [web]
- Great design with simple code, kickass soundtrack. Some of the objects-over-city-sky scenes seem a little too Gerbera-like though. :)
Still, it's everything I expected a TBL/Uprough co-op would be. - rulezadded on the 2001-10-14 22:08:16

- demo Windows fr-06: black 2000 by Farbrausch [web]
- I tried the fixpack and the fr09 EXE (btw I had to use the IMS.DLL from fr09 too), and at 800x600x32 it still crashed around halfway through (log snippet follows).
FCCF: opening file 'b2kth/nosfer.fnt' from archive 'b2kfin_th' (as 'b2kth/nosfer.fnt')

I have a 32MB GF2 Pro, isn't that enough? I think it even worked at 800x600 on my TNT2 M64. - isokadded on the 2001-10-14 19:47:21
- demo Amiga OCS/ECS voyage by Razor 1911 [web]
- Actually, they released at least a couple Amiga demos in 1994.. not to mention a bunch of intros. Or do you not consider that the same group?
This is possibly the _only_ classic Amiga demo I could never get running under an emulator. If anyone's had success, please let me know. - isokadded on the 2001-10-14 04:18:52
- demo Windows Sinum by T-Rex [web]
- Tits and dragons, the love of every adolescent male.
The music isn't bad at all, I've heard worse. Great gfx, but feels a little more aimed at gamers than sceners (at least compared to previous T-Rex stuff).
A bit late with the release, but better late than never. - rulezadded on the 2001-10-13 01:15:19

- I thought the Asm2000 (and 2001) compo rules did not allow commercial/copyrighted music? Oops. The judges must have looked the other way for this one.

- game Commodore 64 M.O.O.D. by NoName [web]
- It's not really fair to call it a "Doom clone" when it's a lot closer to Wolfenstein 3D. Oh well. I was impressed the first time I played it, but I have to chuckle at those 20-pixel baddies. :)
BTW, that screenshot looks like it's different/newer than the previews. Is there a newer version available? - isokadded on the 2001-10-07 23:01:37
- 64k Windows fr-08: .the .product by Farbrausch [web]
- Funny, but that's just the way it goes with people today..
Hi-color textured complex objects: "Boooring".
Monochrome wireframe cubes, with particles: "HOLY SHIT THAT'S FUCKING AWESOME!"
Just add particles, and pouet.net will love you.

- intro Windows Scenemusic by Razor 1911 [web]
- Maybe everyone should have their hardware listed on their info page, so when someone says "it didn't work!" you can click on their name to find out their system specs.. or click on other ppl's names to find out what it DOES work on :).
Anyway, passed with flying colors here, Athlon 1.4/512mb/DX8/Nvidia 12.41/Win98. Isn't that Djamm tune from an old Kloon intro? Still a good one. - isokadded on the 2001-09-19 01:52:18
