Thanks for the suggestion, although I'm afraid EGX requires a CPU usage which would not be feasible in-game. - isokadded on the 2017-01-16 18:43:10

@Beb
Well, I really do not know if it could get a better result for the intro screens using EGX because they need colors out of the standard CPC palette. I would try, if there were a quick way of testing in EGX, perhaps it is possible to add these modes to Perfect Pix, in order to paint/convert screens more easily.
@moonshine
Everything is possible in CPC!
@norecess
Current in-game screen are 69632 pixels (mode 1), more than the standard 64000 (320x200). Any way, I agree with you about a wider screen would be much better. I think it would be possible to do it 2 or 4 characters wider, sacrificing some speed, it is mainly a memory issue (speed is no problem, about only half a frame is consumed). But still I can not know if there would be enough memory, I first have to finish the current board, PD is a very demanding game in many ways, for example, I have reserved a buffer of 14kb for musics and sfxs of a board, due to the amount of jingles and sfxs required. And the game must support the four boards, so the required memory for the current board is only an approximation. The same goes for the gfxs of lights, it is still possible that some of the missing boards need more memory for this than the current board. - isokadded on the 2016-10-30 13:21:39

* Note that the video does not show the 50 fps properly, so it should be tested on real CPC + monitor! - isokadded on the 2016-10-27 16:00:32

- Amazing result!
I'm curious to know how the graphics were made, if they have any specific tool, and if they plan to release it. - rulezadded on the 2016-10-16 15:32:10
