• my favourite of those retrofuturist intros from beginning of 2000, few intros have such a different feeling and this one is simply wonderfull..
  nice work on time/life flowing metaphors.
  
  and the music, at the same time chippy and innovative. just playing with repeated notes .. and melody, easy and beautifull.
  
  allways an enjoyable experience,
  so scandinavian and retrofuturistic-styled,
  i makes me smile..

• some pretty nice looking 2d effects,
  some other ugly 3d effects
  the demo itself lacks a bit of coherence, going from one scene to another on a different style .. some colours could have been better chosen, the mix of colourfull design and buggy 2d styled effects doesn't look great.
  improve the pixel feeling (antialiased or just blended lines) if you don't want to go hires ..
  
  nice inventive demo, really far from perfect but catched my attention, really, much interesting that those sterile demos with stories.
  
  the soundtrack is nice too, original sounds, i'd like to hear much more stuff like that ..
  
  oh yeah i'm a bit stupid to write those advices, since the demo was released two years ago .. well if you see this, make another demo !!

  two effects, seven minutes, and i watched it three times in a row. you rock dudes !!
  
  oh and the way it ends, something like, "hey the deadline is in 5 minutes" "ok let's stop the demo at this point and let's compile the release version !"

  nice style, colourfull demo and still innovative 2d effects.
  the music was really nice too and fitting to the style .. far away from any scene tracked pop music but completely colourfull.
  and it was his first track used in a demo .. respect to you William !

  a coherent minimalistic package, beautiful deep colors, wonderfull atmosphere once again created by md's music. really what could be best done with his music.
  
  it inspirated and gave a design orientation to many demos released during the last years.

• please can we speak in english here ?? i know it's a bit hard for us french ppl, but pouet is a pretty international place and we're the only ones who sometimes write in our own language for a general discussion..
  
  sorry, i didn't get the point of the story .. i think that you should concentrate more on design and graphics and forget a bit 3d. 3d rendering is a nice tool, but here it's just way too ugly with those graphics..
  do some 2d effects, even maybe an intro, or do 2d graphics, use cartoon rendering, make the things cooler than a long 3d show with awfull textures and static flying characters.
  
  and i don't see the point of flaming down windows with just destroying a poor ugly modeled 3d billG. make something clever and more serious, dealing about the real problem of windows (privacy protection, software patents, security, the need to allways trust warez dealers ..), maybe in a cartoon, or some prospective video documentary style..
  or maybe drop this and start something like a nice demo ??
  
  yeah, i know this one is the demo you worked the most on it..
  but getting 3rd place with it is something that can only be explained by friend/namevoting.
