- demo Windows Ceasefire (all falls down..) by Carillon & Cyberiad [web] & Fairlight [web]
- Wow!
I definitely like this more than Agenda, uses the same technique but in better ways and in a more likeable for me demo (more beautiful scenes, nice music from Hunz).
I love the beginning (which is one of the few parts that still run at a decent speed in my laptop) and the end. Love the water particles too, exploding houses, real 3d stuff with all those massive point sprites.
What can I say? I watched it in slow deadly motion and still liked it. Something that didn't happened before for some reasons with Agenda demo. I gotta see the video now. It's gonna be more awesome.. - rulezadded on the 2010-08-08 06:18:53
- demo Windows Koiban by Satori [web]
- Usual Satori stuff. Starts with lines and somehow has a more heavy interesting rendering as it grows up. Though, you have to be in the right mood to enjoy.

- demo Commodore 64 FST Trackmo 2 by FST
- Hahaha,. I just found that it is almost the same demo as FST trackmo 1. But without the boobs :)

- wild Animation/Video hbc-00009: Space Funk Rock by ½-bit Cheese [web]
- I'd have to agree with those piggie people, it misses the usual crazy direction, funny presentation of past HBC anims (though it has still good presentation and great gfx, but not in the same spontanity (can't find the word) of other HBC anims). Still a thumbs up because this is still above good.

- demo Commodore 64 FST Trackmo 2 by FST
- It looked surprsingly nice and smooth in the 512kb streamer, regardless if it's just 8*8 effects (and there were a lot of different variations of them in one demo, which is cool)

- demo Windows Happiness is Around the Bend by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- The morphing was amazing. The visuals great. There are artsy scenes that I like. Ants and human figures being crushed, religious figure (is there a deep interpretation again? :)
Although I never got annoyed by the guitar in ASD demos before, this time I started to feel this at specific parts of this demo.
Generally speaking, this is quite cool, but I still like Lifeforce more to it. Maybe because this one has the feeling of things reused from previous ASD demos without much consistency, some kind of harsh repetition of usual ASD style. But what better can one do when you have done the best masterpieces before? - rulezadded on the 2010-08-08 04:41:46
