• i'm still wondering how it is possible to have sound in 1k (with shaders and other stuff), lets see how much place it takes to have all the stuff in ur exe :
  
  100-200 bytes for decompressor (i never write one maybe take less dont know)
  450-500 bytes directx shader init (strict minimum (compressed))
  200 bytes for shader ((500 bytes uncompressed), the one for tracie is certainly more than this)
  200 bytes sound generator (maybe can be less dont know, but i guess even simple sin bass generator inside a buffer + sending the stuff PlaySound take place)
  
  
  i'd like to desassemble tracie and see whats is inside but dealing with packer/unpacker stuff is above my levels

  either it requires 4.0 compatible card or maybe shader code is not compatible with my card (so it can be fixed)
  
  also finally what do you use to compile it ? MSVC (which version?) + C/C++ + crinkler?
