- Yeah, seriously should have used another tune. Or, well, yeah, beating a dead horse is fun too (:
Still obviously a fun production. - rulezadded on the 2006-04-22 11:51:28
- demo Windows Love, Fear, The Numbers by Kooma
- How the hell this was last is beyond me.
I wish it had been shown later to break up some of the very long first half of the demos. There was some good stuff in there, but it needed something 'different' to help the flow.
And this was, of course, different (: - rulezadded on the 2006-04-22 11:48:20
- demo Commodore 64 Animatron by Tristar & Red Sector Inc. [web]

- wild Animation/Video Surprise (Egon and Dönci - Last man on Earth!?) by Aenima [web]
- Enjoyable.
Plus, anything that causes thought and controversy is good to have, so long as it's above the troll level.
(i.e. I'd rather have 10,000,000 of these than 1 exin.) - rulezadded on the 2006-04-22 11:37:47
- wild Animation/Video Of Mice and Monsters by Junk [web]

- Hornet: If they won't let Windows die, why would we let the c64 die?
But enough hypocracy (:
Megaw00tage for the look. - rulezadded on the 2006-04-22 11:28:19
- 4k Windows Origami by Kakiarts [web]
- Ah, the music is traditional Japanese music; that adds something to it. However next Origami demo (Yes I'd like more) please move beyond cranes, pushme-pullyous, frogs, boats, and boxes and do some of the more complex ones. Origami rules.

- wild NEC TurboGrafx/PC Engine Looking for the perfect hit by != [web]
- Ok, this has some potential in it that I like, but it suffers from the 'truck playing around with a cool demotool that he doens't understand and making random shit' look; and a second thing that probably only affects those of us who had NTSC systems. The initial scrolling of the screen is basically perfectly timed to be identical with the scrolling that in my brain says 'TV is not synching properly, adjust vertical hold' and thus I need to twiddle something to stabilize it. If it were used differently, say, after something else? that would be turned off in my head.
Also, pausing the static images, or the screwups of static images, for effect, shouldn't be underestimated as an effect.
I couldn't do better, but I know YOU can, so I gotta piggify. Hoping to see this live sometime anyway (:
Oh fuck it I'm not piggifying it, cuz when I do see it live it will rule (: - rulezadded on the 2006-04-22 11:18:01
